Why here

working at BeringTech doesn't look like a big-tech office, and it isn't a vc-style startup theater either. it's more like a small sailboat: few hands, far horizon, shifting wind, real decisions every day.

  • real problem. we work on the decade-long question of personal privacy in the ai era, not a temporary wave.
  • ownership. every person's work is visible in the product. no infinite middleware layer.
  • steady pace. we don't reward overtime, but we expect serious depth: 4–6 hours of real work a day.

one email is enough. put the role code in the subject line (e.g. ENG-01). in the body, tell us who you are, why this question interests you, and the thing you've made most recently that you're proud of. attach a resume or link to one.
