SENIOR FULL-STACK
client → inference → sync, end to end. lead lumi's conversation engine and semio's sync layer.
ON-DEVICE AI
small models on phones and macs. any of mlc / llama.cpp / mlx is fine.
PRODUCT DESIGN
turn a quiet ai into something you can touch. motion, type, taste; have read a few books.
HCI RESEARCH
long-term companionship: trust, boundaries, emotional ethics. psych / soc / design ok.
GROWTH / CONTENT
find the right people for what we want to say. writing matters more than ad ops.
INTERN
engineering / design. school is optional; showing real work you've done is required.
Process
we keep it short but don't skip the parts that matter. 2 to 3 weeks from email to offer.

- one-hour conversation. not a leetcode round — we talk about what you've made.

- small take-home (≤ 4 hours, paid)

- 90-minute final with 2–3 of the team

- offer / written feedback
